We make every effort to have all orders ship out the same day as received (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping times depend on your location and shipping method. Purolator Ground typically takes 1 – 4 business days while Canada Post will take longer (expect 3 – 10 days)
You have the option to upgrade to Purolator Express during checkout. Expedited shipping is NOT available for East Coast Provinces.
Tracking information will be emailed as soon as available so you will always know the status of your shipment. Tracking is NOT provided for orders shipped via Canada Post soft parcel (jewelry under $100)
Please note that currently, Always and Forever Memorial Products only ships to locations within Canada. We ship from Alberta or British Columbia. Depending on the product(s) in your order, you may receive two packages.

Ground Shipping
- Standard Ground shipping is free to Western & Central Canadian Provinces and will typically take 1-10 business days.
- Our shipping providers are Purolator and Canada Post. Items under $80 normally travel by Canada Post soft parcel (no tracking)
- East Coast Provinces - a flat rate shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Express Shipping
- Cost: $49.95 (1-3 business days delivery, weather and traffic dependent). Expedited shipping is not available to East Coast Provinces.
