You may cancel or alter your order prior to us shipping it.

Personalized items are custom and made to order, therefore ALL Custom Engraved Items, Dragon Eggs and Ash-Infused Glass pieces are non-refundable.
We DO NOT refund shipping costs.
We reserve the right to withhold the credit card transaction fee. This is the amount charged to us by the payment gateway – Stripe.
In the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately and a replacement will be sent via Express Shipping.
We do our best to provide high quality photos that accurately represent each item. Please ensure that you read product descriptions which include dimensions.

Please Understand the following:
In the event that an item has a manufacturing blemish, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost.
Any damage due to shipping claims must be made within 24 hours.
For all non blemished items: Only the purchase price will be refunded NOT the shipping fees. Depending where we shipped your order ~ this cost generally starts at $35.
It is your responsibility to return the products to us at your own expense. A central receiving address in Cochrane, AB will be used.
The refund can only be issued once the merchandise has been received, inspected and is in the same condition as the time of purchase.
All returns must be received within 21 days of the original order date. All products must be unused and in the original packaging.
Unclaimed packages returned to us by the courier will not be shipped again without shipping fees being applied.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking – administration fee. This is meant to cover credit card fees or special handling costs charged by our suppliers.
Sale items are a Final Sale and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
