We offer FREE shipping to most Canadian provinces and aim to ship all orders the same or next business day.
The majority of our products ship from our warehouse in Edmonton, AB, with a few items shipping from Courtenay, BC. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages
Express shipping applies to the primary items (shipped in one box). Additional items may ship separately using regular ground shipping.
Most orders are delivered within 1–6 business days. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or third-party carrier issues.
Special Order items will ship out within 10 business days.

Ground Shipping
- Our standard shipping providers are Purolator and UPS – with the exception of lightweight packages, which normally travel by Canada Post.
Express Shipping
- Cost: $49.95 (1-3 business days delivery, weather and traffic dependent)

- Flat Fee $24.95 for ground shipping. Express shipping not always available, please contact us for options.

Shipping FAQs
Q: Can my order be delivered to an alternate address, such as a funeral home?
A: Yes, of course! Please ensure that you clearly specify the name of the funeral director receiving the package.
Q: Oops… what if I provided the wrong address for my order?
A. Once shipped, unfortunately we cannot correct the shipping address; this means that the package will have to be manually re‐routed to the correct address.
Always and Forever Memorial Products claims no responsibility for orders that are delayed or that fail to be delivered because of incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
Orders may be cancelled or changed before shipment. We process orders quickly, so please review your selection carefully before placing your order.
Personalized and custom items, including engraved products and ash-infused glass, are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to withhold payment processing fees charged by our provider.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement via Express Shipping.
We strive to provide accurate photos and detailed descriptions, including dimensions. If you have questions, please contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help.
Please Understand the Following
Any shipping damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
For non-blemished items, refunds apply to the purchase price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has a manufacturing defect, in which case a return label will be provided.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the original order date. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Packages returned to us as unclaimed will not be reshipped unless additional shipping fees are paid.
