The Light Grey Barrel Glass Memorial Bead is a beautiful and personal way to carry a loved one close. Handcrafted in British Columbia, each memorial bead is individually flame-worked using beautiful Italian glass and infused with a small amount of cremated ashes.
The earthy natural colouring gives this classic barrel-shaped design a classic neutral appearance, while the handmade process ensures that no two pieces are ever exactly alike. The ashes become part of the glass itself, creating a truly personal memorial keepsake.
Each bead is crafted with care and respect by a glass artist in Fanny Bay, BC. Because every piece is individually made, natural variations in the glass and the way it interacts with the ashes make each memorial unique.
A Meaningful Memorial Keepsake
Approximately ¼ teaspoon of your loved ones cremated ashes are incorporated into the hot glass during the creation process. Any unused ashes are carefully returned to you.
The bead is finished with sterling silver components and includes a sterling silver-plated snake chain, making it ready to wear as a meaningful piece of memorial jewelry.
