shipping cost) REVISED COVID-19 RETURN POLICY – during the pandemic we will no longer be accepting returns on items that are not defective. In the event that an item has a manufacturing blemish, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost.
Any damage claims must be made within 24 hours
For all non blemished items:
Only the purchase price will be refunded NOT the shipping fees. Depending where we shipped your order ~ this cost generally starts at $25.
It is your responsibility to return the products to us at your own expense. A central receiving address in Cochrane, AB will be used.
The refund can only be issued once the merchandise has been received, inspected and is in the same condition as the time of purchase. All returns must be received within 21 days of the original order date.
All products must be unused and in the original packaging.
Unclaimed packages returned to us by the courier will not be resent without shipping fees being applied.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking – administration fee. This is meant to cover credit card fees or special handling costs charged by our suppliers.
Personalized items are custom and made to order, therefore ALL Print Jewelry, Engraved Items and Ash-Infused Glass pieces are non-refundable.
Sale items are a Final Sale and do not qualify for a refund.
